Konu: Türkiye’nin güneydoğusunda yaşanan etnik siyasi çatışmalar bölge insanlarını devlet yada örgüt yanında tercihe zorlamaktadır. Genç Şivan’ın babası bölgede oldukca etkin bir ağadır.
Devlet ve örgüt,etkinliği olan ağayı yanlarına alabilmek için zorlamaktadır. Ağa ise ikisinede mesafeli durmaktadır. Bu gergin ortam tırmandırılırken, köylerin hasat yapmaya hazırlandığıbir zamanda ekin tarlaları ateşe verilir.
Bu suçu iki tarafta bir birinin üzerine atar. Arkasından bu oyun ağanın tek oğlu olan Şiva’ üzerinden oynanmaya başlanır. Bu yüzden Şivan sık sık sorguya alınır ve bırakılır. Bir süre sonra Şivan’ın işbirliği yaptığı havası estirilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu oyunun tam ortasında kalan Şivan öldürülecektir.
Ağa Şivan’ı kurtarmak için yurtdışına kaçırılmasını sağlar. Şivan bir anda kendini hiç bilmediği bir dünyada, Almanya’da bir mülteci sığınma kampında bulur.
